Lisbon captured my heart like no other city during my European travels, easily making it my favorite destination. The food was simply unforgettable, offering a delightful taste of local cuisine, and the nightlife brimmed with energy and fun that had us dancing till dawn. I had a fantastic opportunity to practice my Portuguese, which came in handy during a wine cruise tour with my friends Grace, Halle, Sophia, Hannah, Emily, and Arden—a definite highlight of my study abroad experience. Despite its challenging hills, Lisbon's charm was so enthralling that I never felt tired; each street and corner held a new discovery. I fell so deeply in love with the city's vibrant atmosphere and beautiful vistas that I'd return in a heartbeat.
